Heart of Oceanus

The Olympians constructed many great Titans to construct their towers to the skies. Few titans remain animated today.

Oceanus raised the great seas; crashing waves against the towers to test their might. He cooled the artefacts of Prometheus's Kiln, and forced the tower pieces into place with great tidal force.

This augment allows one to break the maximum damage limit.
